Although this is something nobody wants to do sometimes we have to, Two years ago I had a slip and fall on ice causing me to break my arm when this should not have happened and could have been prevented. Because I am self-employed. I highly recommend Marc and his wonderful support team. They worked so hard to get me the best outcome possible. They were extremely quick at getting back to me if I emailed or called them. I only wish I was reminded that they couldn't start to fight my case until it was 2 years since accident. I was forgetting that this was the case. So maybe 6 months before the 2 year mark maybe they could send a reminder email or letter. Just so I could be a bit more prepared when the time came.
